  This volume contains the papers presented at the Italian Workshop on Planning and Scheduling (IPS 2023), Workshop on Experimental evaluation of algorithms for solving problems with combinatorial explosion (RCRA 2023), and Workshop on Strategies, Prediction, In teraction, and Reasoning in Italy (SPIRIT 2023), held within the XXII Conference of the Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence (AI*IA 2023), November 7-9th, 2023, Rome, Italy. Summary. There were 24 papers submitted for peer-review to these workshops. Out of these, 21 papers were accepted for this volume. 10 as regular papers, 8 as short papers and 3 as extended abstracts.
